There is a browse products icon on the left hand side of the page.Just click the item you want and select quantity and add to basket.

Do you offer a Gift Wrap service?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrap service but always ensure items are sent in sealed protective packaging.

How can orders placed be cancelled or changed?
We can cancel orders or modify them,if you contact us and items have not shipped yet.Alternatively we can refund once order is returned within stated time.Pls send us an email to info@tadshoppe.co.uk.

You can place an order online directly from the site.

How is shipping costs calculated?
The shipping rate is based on weight of item.The cost is shown as you place orders in your cart.We ship to countries accross Europe and items are brand new.

How long before I receive an order confirmation?
You should receive an order confirmation within 5 hours of placing an order.If this does not happen pls email us at info@tadshoppe.co.uk

How long do I have to return item?
Return policy details: Faulty Goods All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt, please contact us if any of the goods are faulty Non-Faulty Goods We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable. Non-Faulty Returns for Refund These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less the p & p will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded. Refund poilicy for defective item after been used. If an item has been opened and/or used we will not accept the return for any reason. If the item is defective you will have to contact the manufacturers directly to see if they are able to help with the issue you are having.
